This is a concept of an app that allows the users to choose a gym or a sports facility and book a class, purchase a gym card or one-time entry ticket among many other options. The most important thing is that there is a possibility to talk to the chatbot that would guide the user to purchase the right thing by asking them various questions. As a result, it will be much easier for the user to choose the classes or what kind of gym card to purchase on the basis of their answers 🤖
