Ligature Icon Font

Ligatures are underrated.

You can install and use the TTF font attached here to type a word, such as 'home', to bring up an icon (a 'home' icon in this case). Here's a reference showing all the words/ligatures available in this font: https://icomoon.io/free-liga-font

Tip: Similar icons have similar words assigned to them. Example: emoticon, emitocon2, emoticon3, etc. This makes going through all the available options much easier.

Tip #2: You can use non breaking space (alt + space on Mac) to prevent a word from converting to an icon when you just want to use the typeface as letters.
