DS Melange – Retail typeface (Variable font)
“Melange” is a sans serif typeface that specializes in readability at small sizes through inktraps. The edgy design of the inktraps also makes it stand out in display sizes. The name Melange is based on these two purposes and is derived from Viennese Melange. Espresso paired with sweet milk foam. This resulted in a type family consisting of 9 weights and italics: Thin, ExtraLight, Light, Regular, Medium, SemiBold, Bold, ExtraBold, and Black + Italics.
