Līgo — Summer Solstice Celebration

Many of our teammates reside in the Baltics. Līgo is a Pagan summer solstice festival celebrated on the night between the 23rd and 24th of June in Latvia.
People spend that time in nature, weaving wreaths, eating Līgo food, drinking beer, and burning bonfires at night. And according to the ancient myth, if you fall asleep the Līgo night, you’re doomed to sleep the whole summer.
