Coiner Wallet is a Decentralized App that allows its users to have everything in one place: hodl, transfer, swap and buy crypto.

The process

Our design process for this project is: Empathise, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test.

On Empathise stage we: 

• Conducted product and market research;

• Conducted user research by recruiting respondents, conducting  in-depth interviews, conducting surveys, and getting the context from the analysis of the analytics; 

• Conducted user analysis (affinity mapping, creating user personas);

In the 'Define' stage we focused on the core user issues and turned them into opportunities by using what we call the problem statement definition.

While Ideating, we:

• conducted user journey mapping;

• defined hypothesis developed user stories. After that, we developed the information architecture and created a user flow for the app.

In the ‘Prototype’ stage we translated the data collected from user research to the design solutions. We created fully-functioning interactive prototypes and developed an advanced design system.

Finally, we did a UI Design - We created a moodboard, and developed a UI design concept.

After creating high-fidelity prototypes we conducted usability tests to ensure the design solution provided is solving the user's pain points.
