With such an advanced product, it was essential for them to give their customers an e-commerce experience that matched their high-tech, customer-oriented brand. They partnered with us to migrate their site from Shopify to Magento and improve their customer experience.

The challenge for Molekule was twofold; to migrate their website to Magento without impacting sales or losing data and improve the shopping and filter subscription experience. It was particularly important for Molekule to have a customer-centric site; one that makes it easy and intuitive for customers to learn about products, shop for air purifiers, and manage their subscriptions.
The Solution

We built several custom features within Magento to provided meet their goals. These included a powerful subscription engine with APIs for users to manage their devices and filter shipments, a custom cart connector that allows users to add products from their static site, an SSO integration with AWS Cognito that allows users to log in to the mobile and web portal with ease, and custom integration with Tealium for robust analytics that allows Molekule to learn about and better serve their users.
