PIN code page concept

I've been trying to think how the standard iOS PIN code can be turn into something more secure and quite simple at the same time. The whole idea is to combine numbers and characters but the last ones would be mixed and only 2 from the PIN code would be there + some mixed ones. Just a thought :)
