I'm not particularly eager to work in isolation. Generally, my preference is to expose design to engineers early in the process to get feedback.
I believe the co-creative and collaborative approach is the most effective in designing digital products. Fortunately, I was able to convince my colleagues to experiment. We have a lot to learn, but it's definitely worth a try.
