Workflow automation SaaS

On of the latest trends in the SaaS space is workflow automation. We’ve had a pleasure to work on several projects that build heavily on this concept in the past few months. In our explorations we’ve researched best ways to manage complex, multi step automations. One of our ideas was to introduce an action grouping functionality. It would give the user an ability to expand or collapse “Folders” of actions that are tied to each other.  This solution would allow to get a quick overview of the entire complex workflow without scrolling, while still retaining overall context.
