Zach Attack: A Cake Design

I had completely forgotten about this design project until my wife reminded me of it the other day. Her friend was getting married a while back so they needed a design for the bachelorette cake. The direction given was just to "make it 90s." I immediately thought of the "zackiest" Zack of the 90s—Zach Morris of the sitcom Saved by the Bell. I drew inspiration from the bright colors from the logo and gave them a few options to place on the cake. This was then sent to the cake decorator and the likeness is uncanny. Even though I wasn't invited, I was happy to be a part of this event in some way—just wish they had saved me a slice!
