Real estate websites attract a lot of users every month, so they become a useful tool both for apartment buyers and sellers. More than 51% of buyers find flats and houses they want to purchase online. Today we want to share our real estate website concept with you! Here it is!
In the upper part of the webpage, there is a search bar with filters. Below there is a list of houses and flats that match the search query. Also, there is a map that reflects the location of the chosen apartments.
For this concept, we chose the light and airy color palette and accented the main UI elements with light blue and green. Such a color palette doesn’t distract users from observing the apartment photos.
Using this webpage, users can add apartments to the list of their favorites in order not to forget about them later. The simple UI and well-structured information layout make this website easy and pleasant to use.
