Yo! Check out how the Purrweb team designed an HR Management App.
It’s an app that helps HRs to monitor team mood😜
On the left, you see the main app screen, where users can search for a certain teammate. Users can see departments and people they worked with✨
On the right, users can find out more about their colleagues: general information and feedback.
We used color coding, and every department has its colors — 💠 is for developers, 💛 is for designers, and 💓 is for QA engineers. So, the accent color is dark blue because it’s neutral and in harmony with other colors🔵
This app makes HR’s life easier because it helps to collect all feedback in one place — it’s very convenient to collect information for performance review.
