Krave Kebab Final Logo Design - KK Monogram

Introducing our final logo concept and brand collateral for Krave Kebab! As part of this project we also created social media materials (including promo templates for the store launch), promotional materials, advertising and posters, store fit-out graphics and signage (including a nice big feature vinyl for the shop window), digital menu designs and packaging.

Krave Kebab is a new fast food store in Ripley Town Centre, Queensland. Starting with this single location, the business aims to later expand into multiple venues around the state, with the possibility of becoming a franchise in the future.

Our goal was to create a brand identity that is modern and professional, allowing for the restaurant to look at home next to food and bev giants like Zambrero and Grill’d. By giving Krave Kebab a premium appearance we aim to elevate it above the usual stereotypical kebab shop, to the highly franchisable ‘McDonalds of kebab shops’.

The final identity had to be youthful and versatile, appealing to our primary demographic of blue collar workers, but maintaining a universal appeal for all ages, genders and backgrounds.

Our final logo brings together the concepts explored in concepts A and B. The Middle Eastern inspired typography has lots of character and works really well when mirrored. The negative space left between the two letters also firms a subtle kebab on a spit!
