Daily UI #001 - Login - Jumpback

This is my first dribble.

A login for a fictional app that enables the user to time travel.

The login page is mysterious and subdued, when the user logs in the back transitions with color growing across the screen from the bottom right. The contrast between black and white to color is intended to increase a sense of joy and anticipation in the user.

The polygon on the login page would gently move. Once logged in the polygon is meant to be a representation of time, it would have an organic movement to it. The user manipulates the polygon to select the date they would travel to starting with the year. As each part of the date is selected the polygon would zoom in.

I had ideas about other functions of the app. In this representations you could only see the weather for the 16th, the date would be selected with a gesture, swiping it toward the top of the screen. Along with the weather information there would be important news items, as well as music, movie, and fashion information for the chosen day.

The surprise me button is for a random date.

You would also be connected to your social network, and a user is able to share their location in space and time.
