Zeel - Website Redesign

Complete responsive website redesign for Zeel, a massage on demand website that provides in-home massage in as little as an hour.

In this project, my team and I had to solve a lot of problems for the desktop user and find out the motivation to visit Zeel on a desktop browser vs. mobile. As it turns out, the primary functionality surrounding the desktop user is access to information about the service, as well as sign up and booking for new users because current users already had the app. Some exciting findings!

Further more, through our research we found out that many people were "creeped out" by the idea that a massage therapist would be coming into your home. While redesigning the website, we had to particularly pay attention to the hierarchy of elements on the page so that users could see things like customer testimonials, recent press coverage, and information about the massage therapists immediately, invoking a feeling of trust and safety in users.
