Fintech app UX/UI design: process

Online banking is a competitive market and it’s not easy to impress users. Right off the bat, we knew that for GOKONG to succeed, we needed something that would stand out.

With the goal of delighting users in mind, we started with a blank sheet and a set of workshops. 

This process led to designing a beautifully functional mobile app ready to help users learn to manage their personal finances.
