Prosper EX is an employee wellbeing provider for companies in Asia-Pacific. Based out of Australia, their offering is aimed at improving poor workforce support and benefits, first identified in the construction industry.
As part of this service Absurd built a self-serve application that could be used by employers and employees on a daily basis. Among its many features, the platform allows employees to be rewarded, and the company they work for can gain invaluable feedback from engagement.
