Instagram App Design

Instagram has an option to hide posts that might not interest us. So, we select the "Not Interested" option to remove a particular post from our search.

Being an Instagram user I use this option many a time, but I still find some similar/same posts on my feed.

So, I am trying to see what might happen if a new button is added after the   

"Not Interested" button.

And will it remove the pages from my search options?

Adding a "Don't show similar post" option to remove and never show a similar post.
