Knowledge Base

Knowledge Base for our Next Gen has gone live!

We're now working on tightly integrating this feature throughout our new UI. We needed a mark/icon that would carry a strong representation of the feature.

Quick Rundown: The Knowledge Base is a collection of articles that customer service agents can use for research or reference in replying cases.

The outer shape symbolizes a few things:
• A book cover or collection of articles
• A quote bubble (agents can reference articles in their replies)
• A popout window (the library opens in an overlay)
