Mercy Continuum

While working for Mercy Virtual's R&D Division, we built Continuum to connect pediatric patients and their families with a virtual care team. This was a mobile app built with React Native, for iOS and Android devices designed around socializing connections with the nursing staff.

Key priorities for the project were daily surveys and "check ins" for the patient, access to care plans and learning resources for patient care givers, as well as messaging and video visits with care teams.

I operated as the UX Designer for the app as well as mobile dev building out many of the components in React Native.
