Mercy: MyHealth App

MyHealth was an updated iOS app for iPad users in Mercy Virtual's Chronic Care system. As the UX Designer for the project I handled all aspects of the design from user research, requirements gathering, wireframes, illustrations, high fidelity mock ups (like this) and a full prototype.

The goal for the project was to simplify the way users interacted with the device to take measurements and track their health.
