About Yourequal
Yourequal’s goal is to give a voice to employees from underrepresented groups by providing them with an employer-rating platform tailored to their needs. Unlike other employer-rating platforms, Yourequal does not allow employers to advertise themselves via job boards and keeps all feedback completely anonymous, thus making it impossible for employers to retaliate or find ways to silence users’ feedback when it is inconvenient for them. At Yourequal, only employees and employees only have a voice.
About the project
My role was to create the complete branding of Yourequal from Logo, Typeface to Colors and creating all necessary design material like page UI for the website and assets for Instagram posts and LinkedIn banner.
