Safari Story is a digital platform where game reserves, lodges, field guides and tour operators create lasting connections with guests and nature enthusiasts while supporting local communities and environmental non-profit organizations.

I was very excited when the team approached me to see what we could come up with together for their brand identity, and I think we're all pretty pleased with the results!

The logo draws its inspiration from a child’s wooden toys, and represents the head of an elephant facing to the right and that of a rhino to the left. It is simple, bold, tech-friendly (and just plain old friendly), scalable, and iconic.

The shape of the animals' heads further suggests speech bubbles which represent the stories being shared by the community on the platform.

Note also how the negative space between the elephant and the rhino suggests the letter ‘S’ for Safari Story.

If you're a business in the ecotourism sector looking to level up, or if you're an upstart tech start-up, get in touch so we can make some branding magic together!
