First, we began to create Recovry’s product by defining the different user journeys. The challenge was to digitize the product and make it easier for Recovry's customers to create files to recover their money. Then, we did a graphic redesign of the marketing website to give it more human touch and a modern look, by integrating a collection simulator on the homepage.
