Life health is a health platform that provides quality health content including health information, healthy living, and families so users can make wiser decisions regarding their health.With this pandemic going on, mandatory social distancing and the lack of effective treatments have made telemedicine the safest interactive system between patients, both infected and uninfected, and clinicians. In this difficult and unsettling time, we need something clear and fast to make sure our condition is going well.

After we find the user’s problems & needs, there are several solutions to help users experience a better journey when using the Life Health application:

1. How can users easily find out the feature to make an appointment with a doctor?

2. How do users get reminders notifications of appointments with doctors?

We choose the 2 How Might We statement, and we have 2 solutions to solve the user’s problem. The solution is to revamp UI “Buat Janji” and add reminder notifications when they have booked appointments with doctors.This Revamp's purpose is to simplify and facilitate users when booking or making appointments with doctors or hospitals/clinics. This project will add Categorization for making appointments which content of Doctor, Lab Test, and Medical Treatment.After determining what problems we want to solve, we enter the Ideate stage. At this stage, we start by creating a user flow that can help us to better understand user habits using a product.
