In summer 2013, I was hired to support the McDonald's Frydrate campaign with an interactive beat mixer.
Users could try different combinations of fries and drinks, that would dynamically generate 15 different possible music loops across a wide range of styles. They could then layer in effects (like hi-hats, claps, beatboxing) and share their custom mixes on social media.
I did everything from the design/UI work, to the animation, to composing and mastering the audio, to the APIs that broadcast the custom creations.
