Modern Reformation (Icons)

Last year I had the great honor to play a small part in the redesign of Modern Reformation with Metaleap Creative under the creative direction of Eric Capossela.

From Metaleap about the concept:

»Forgoing a traditional magazine architecture, the new MR is divided into four chapters: Retrieve, Converse, Persuade, Engage. We commissioned Peter Voth to work on a family of icons to represent each chapter, while the color combinations are a fresh take on classic academia.«

It was fun to do some work in my »modern monoline engraving style« again which I heavily used in the ESV Story of Redemption Bible. Also make sure to get a hint of the initial sketches on the last slide.
