At VisualPanda we care a lot about developing our skills, providing constructive feedback and sharing our knowledge with each other. That’s why we started our internal Weekly Panda Challenge.

🐼 WHY DO WE DO IT?

As we mentioned, it's fun. But it's also a great opportunity to get valuable feedback on your work. And it shows you different approaches to the topic. The goal is to practice and boost our skills.

🎲 RULES

Each week a bot randomly picks

1) a thing to design

2) a client.

The total randomness sometimes creates combinations that are bizarre and challenging. E.g. a currency converter for a ramen restaurant? Yep, let’s do it. Each team member creates his design. They don't have to be perfect or too polished. It’s more about showing the general concept. Then we meet and discuss the best designs (it’s all anonymous - we don’t know who did what 🥷).
