Paragonex New Back Office

The organization’s back office system managing brokers, traders, CRM and finance has been replaced as part of a strategic move. The design of the new system was done by Product Management and the Designers. As part of the business analysis and requirements gathering, we have interviewed brokers, conversion and retention managers, department heads, team leaders across all business units and senior management. The new system has consolidated and replaced 3 legacy systems and introduced new tools and visions.
