One of my first tasks with the SB Paintball website was creating a better User Experience. I used Google Analytics to determine that customers were visiting the website to find out 3 main things.
1. Pricing
2. What's included in the reservation
3. What type of recommendation works best for their event
I simplified the home page and main navigation to provide answers to those questions.
Using a grid system that could easily format on mobile, I created a list below the fold of the biggest event types that schedule at the facility.
I implemented a dynamic customer review section that slides through up-to-date 5-star reviews from Google.
The pricing system can be difficult for customers to understand. I designed a dedicated "Pricing" page that displays all of the different prices at a birds eye view with the option to visit an event page with relevant pricing and details.
Once customers find the correct package for them, they are prompted with a CTA to book online and are re-directed to a 3rd party booking software.
