Grainy & washed out with centuries of erosion from the vibrant neon river, this composition aims to explore the technicalities of color inside PS & Camera Raw. I layer a blue to pink gradient with loads of grain then colorize the central image to play off that gradient. Notice how the hills glow at the bend in the river? Flowing out of the foreground is a cotton candy river of neon water.
