This is the new design of Billy’s dashboard that I’ve been responsible for. Billy is a Danish accounting and bookkeeping app used by thousands of customers.
My scope of work has covered the entire redesign process: from the discovery workshops & setting up strategy with business, product review, UX research, to UI design, animations and overseeing the development. Along with the engineering team I’ve built a react native design system.
The redesign has had a good impact on NPS, conversion rate (the dashboard itself is the final step on the acquisition flow) and retention rate 🎉.
