Colors experiment: salmon, mango, arugula and cheese salad

With a salad dish in front of me, I started thinking about color combinations inspired by food. This is just an experiment with colors, a new way to explore combinations to see if I can come up with something interesting.

This first one comes from one of my favourite salads. Discovered in a well-known restaurant in Tarifa, Spain, it only relies in four ingredients to get an unexpected and successful flavors combination.

- Salmon, smoked or marinated, cut in thin slices.
- Mango, cut in slices too.
- Arugula, be generous with it!
- Parmesan cheese, grated over the salad, as if it was a dressing.

Add virgin olive oil and pepper. Salt is not required, try it before adding because this cheese will give the appropiate salty taste.
