Buzzbar- Expanded View

A "Buzzbar" is a navigational/alert bar that sits at the bottom of our application that notifies you when you get message, IM, or alert.

The bar is normally retracted , and the lightning bolt is grey until you get an alert. Once you get an alert the lightning bolt pulsates and glows notifying you of an alert. You tap the bar to retract or expand the bar. This is the expanded view.
