One of the main requirements was an option to have a thread (like in slack). Each card(task) can be marked as a thread so you can have a conversation in terms of only one subtask, for example. Our team paid much attention to this chat and created a bot that can help you to solve your problem. This scrum bot has a list of predefined commands like close the task, add suer and so one. But you can also add your own triggers. You can create a command and an action for this command so when users will run this command in the chat the action will happen.
