PlayVS

Hey Dribbble, 

Here with more of MetaLab’s work with the amateur esports platform PlayVS. PlayVS gives kids a way to start competitively gaming in high school — with the help of their coaches. 

The platform makes it easy for coaches to manage their teams by handling scheduling, logistics, stats, live match-day support. Everything we did was designed to make esports as accessible to students as any other sport. 

Taking inspiration from IRL pro leagues and the best in-game experiences, we aimed to find the balance between gaming and tournament ui best practices. The resulting design makes it immediately clear where the team stands and what matches are next.
