I updated my old replacement Applications icon. Started from scratch by designing a new glyph, then a 3D model, then an illustration. Circles were involved at some point, and triangles, and squares too! Millions and millions of really tiny squares.

I've also got a new blog-post up. It's a quick little guide on how to use replacement icons like this one, so you can customize your system however you see fit. Hopefully you guys find it to be a useful reference.
