Schedule the Meeting - Dashboard Concept

Today we would like to present you the project of an app for the employees of a photovoltaic company whose job is to schedule and coordinate meetings with clients.

The goal was to streamline the sales process by making scheduling meetings easier, simplifying calendar managements and using client databases.

Facilitating the process helped sales representatives work more efficiently and improved the comfort of their work.

With a Design Thinking approach in minds and hearts, we created a few concepts of the platform’s design to choose the one that answered users’ needs best. Here is one of our initial ideas.
