Faluta user onboarding concept

We've been working on a concept for http://www.faluta.com where users can earn time straight away by doing little tasks and getting rewarded. These tasks are set up in a way so that new users get familiar with the concept of time as currency, creating and doing tasks, set up their profile and drive the platform growth. What do you think?
