Firstsource - Logo & Visual identity

FirstSource was expanding and sought to attract the younger, more elite class of candidates. But unfortunately, they could not meet their targeted number due to the high rejection of candidates. FirstSource needed a new face, so we set out to determine why they get so many rejections, and how we can help fix it. We started with interviewing existing candidates and some people from outside. When we ran the interview 90% of participants answered was that they had been taught that it was a fake company trying to get their info or a small-scale team (before visiting their well-designed office in a really good neighborhood).

FirstSource needed a better visual representation of its brand and better messaging. They wanted a young, experienced, trustworthy, and modern look. They did not want a total rebrand. That meant keeping the same structure but updating it and expanding it to be able to appeal to its targeted audience.
