Circadian helps the user determine their sleep cycle. Research shows that hitting snooze confuses the bodies cortisol levels and produces sleep inertia and a feeling of fatigue throughout the day. Instead Circadian presents challenges to stimulate the mind and aid in the wake up process. This idea could be extended further to pair with IFTTT devices such as the Philips Hue light.
