SaaS HIMS Web-app

This project is a UX design (replaced full-blown research with Subject Matter Expert (SME) interviews) project for a Health Insurance Management System (HIMS) web-app. The web-app is a SaaS product made up of multiple interconnected portals that serve different categories of users.
