Profile work in progress

Just getting started on the member profile. This is still pretty early, but I wanted to see if anyone had feedback.

Just a couple of notes:

1. a "follow" button will probably go under the users name, so that's why the space seems empty right now.
2. the "logout" and "edit" buttons probably won't go here in the final design, I just wanted to show our progress on list item buttons.
