A 2019 reflection journal for the employees of Califia Farms. I worked closely with the HR team to establish the goals of reflections throughout each quarter. The goal of this journal was to give employees something useful and beautiful to track emotional and professional growth. Creative touches were added throughout the journal with the lunar moon cycle, the metric system conversions as an international beverage company, company holidays, and prompts for each quarter.
