The Project: Email system for Plume

Plume asked us to collaborate with them on designing a "mobile first" email template system in Figma for their three main audiences, HomePass (home consumers), WorkPass (small-medium business consumers), and B2B. Each audience has their own unique attributes incorporated from Plume's brand.

Plume uses a few different email platforms each with different requirements, and their audiences have different device and OS requirementsto consider as well.

The HomePass and WorkPass email template solutions we helped support include an extensive component system that was built in Figma to help streamline the creation of a variety of emails for different products, features, campaigns and other needs. The system keeps consistency across the board and expedites the design and development process.

The types of emails that we've designed using this system include: product/feature announcements, a monthly member data report, onboarding, transactional, quizzes, form submission, drip campaign, NPS messaging, membership renewal, rebrand announcements, referral programming, holiday campaigns, partner emails, and events.
