Chrome Material Design

A week ago, the new version of Chrome (M37) was released with its "Material" update. We redesigned its visual interface from the ground up with a new Toolbar, card stack, New tab page, icons, incognito mode, Material layout and animations for both phone and tablet.

I've attached a big preview of the key Phone screens that were used as mock-ups and specs document along with the most common icons you will find in the product for Primary UI, Omnibox and infobars.

The majority of the visuals, mocks and the entire asset generation flow as well as specs were made using Sketch 3.0 with the Nexus 5 screensize as reference/test device. Chrome is also now supporting xxhdpi(3x) and xxxhdpi(4x).

You can checkout the (super heavy because 3x) attachment for real pixels.

Props to the Chrome designers Manuel Clement, Alan Bettes, Jeff Stark for their awesome work and the Material team for the beautiful new icon.
