    TapTap is a loyalty app built to enhance customer experience for a majority of F&B chain in Vietnam. Bear Plus was tasked with a thorough UX/UI redesign back in 2019.

    TapTap onboarding flow features their Unique Selling Points which enable users to be immediately clicked. The cute and inviting short animation essentially helped to increase the sign up Conversion Rate.
