New task creation window

The field for filling a new task is initially divided into 3 logical arrays:

- the upper one, where the name of the task, its belonging to any epic is located, you can see who is the author of the task, and there is an opportunity to add the performer(s). You can select the type of task, to assign it various tags. Also of the necessary things is a drop-down status of the task, as well as icons for hiding it, opening in a modal window and the icon of dots for additional functions (which may appear). Here is also the button delete - middle, in which there is a field for writing text, becoming open when you click on it and two icons

- attach and assign or add a link. After the activation of the text box appear standard text editing tools, and the two icons mentioned above fall into this line with the tools. Save them changes in the text can be done by clicking the button "Save", cancel it by clicking "Cancel"

- the bottom one, initially there are only two lines, the date of task creation and a line with the deadline of the task, which can be set. After filling in the task, its change, there may also appear a line with the date of the last update of the task and two widgets of parameters User Alignment and Criteria Alignment, by clicking on them you can find out more about their status
