Logo design for crypto trading platform

EliteX approached me to design a logo for their crypto trading platform.

The platform is exclusively for members of a private club. They want to make the platform's users feel exclusive and elite. So the branding had to envoke this strongly.

The logo icon forms a shield, suggesting a form of elitism and protection. Furthermore, the dynamic lines in the shield imply speed and agility as well as they from half of the letter X and the letter E, making the logo icon more distinct and memorable.
