There will always be someone who can’t see your worth.

For a long time I didn't believe in myself and thought that life happens to me — but life happens for me!

You are not only the director of your life, but also the main actor at the same time! Don't let any circumstances or people relegate you to a supporting role.

You are valuable and the world needs you; otherwise you wouldn’t be here!

I know from my own experience how hard it is to believe that you are enough and worthy, when you had to go through darkness or pain and made bad experiences. Most of all it results in self-destructive thoughts. And that feels so true and happens automatically because that's how you've been conditioned.

And I know how debilitating it is and that sometimes it seems almost impossible to get out of such a dark place with your own energy – on the edge of admitting defeat.

There are so many limiting beliefs that feel so real, they are conditioned and happen automatically. You have the power to change the voice in your head!

That's why I want to encourage you to think deliberately!

One of my standard phrases that immediately pops into my head when I'm failing at something is, "I'm so stupid." – And whenever I realize that, I change my thought and say to myself, "No, I'm not stupid, I just made a mistake."

Instead of "Nobody likes me," THINK "The right people like me.

"Instead of "I'm too old," THINK "I have years of valuable experience.

"Instead of "I'm not good enough," THINK "I am doing the best I can."

Observe your thoughts and notice when you get into negative self-talk; focus your awareness on that and then choose to think a different thought. This sounds strange at first, but it works. But you need to develop and practice this skill!

You can't change the past; but don't let it define you! There is a reason why the windshield in the car is bigger than the rearview mirror. Where you are going is much more important than where you are coming from.

I believe in you!
